The 203 is a high DPI mouse. It has a DPI button. Higher DPI means small movements of the mouse means large movements on the screen. Also the mouse can go really low DPI as well.
I'll give you an example. If your doing any kind of creative work, photo editing, video editing, and sometimes you need to do some big movements, big changes, you give the DPI button a couple clicks. And let's say your doing some color corrections on photo or video and you need to move the slider on the screen 1/2 of an inch for a precise measurement, you click the DPI button and moving the mouse 4 inches equates to 1/2 inch on the screen. Hopefully that makes sense
I also have small hands and I like it for that too
Can wireless go up to 8000 dpi or is it only for wired? I'd like to get something like this but wireless. I don't notice lag, just no smooth movement, no precision with m225 or m190.
The difference is a lot more noticeable with faster or finer tasks, like gaming or airbrushing. If all you're doing is Excel spreadsheets it might not make a huge difference.

25k is probably overkill for a mouse?
