Alcohol Department:

All items can be purchased except for alcohol.

Baby Department:

All items can be purchased except for DockATot, HALO Baby, Honest Baby, Infant Optics, Luvable Friends, and Philips Avent.

Beauty Department:

All items can be purchased except for Elf on the Shelf, face masks (Dolan, Sanctuary & Sugar Fix brands), and Ulta Beauty at Target Brands.

Electronics Department:

All items can be purchased except for Apple products, Beats Fit Pro, Beats Flex, Beats Powerbeats Pro, Beats Studio Buds, Bose, Cricut, DSLR cameras & lenses, Dyson, Google, HP Inc., JBL, LG OLED and QNED TVs, Meta Oculus and Portal, Samsung TVs, Shark, Sonos, Sony Electronics, and unlocked phones.

Entertainment Department:

All items can be purchased except for Cards Against Humanity, Hasbro Games (Classic Monopoly, Connect Four, Jenga, Sorry, Trouble), Funko Standard Pop, Mega Bloks, Nintendo hardware and Switch games, Trading Cards, and What Do You Meme? game.

Food Department:

All items can be purchased except for dairy milk.

Health and Personal Care Department:

All items can be purchased except for clinic & pharmacy, GilletteLabs Heated Razor Starter Kit by Gillette – 3ct, Motrin, Plan B, power shave, power dental, Tylenol pain relief, and Tylenol PM.

Home Department:

All items can be purchased except for Casper, Polder, Tempur-Sealy, Vera Bradley handbags, and Weber.

Kids Department:

All items can be purchased except for Barbie camper and houses, Bratz Collector and Designer Dolls, Bullseye's Playground, Fisher Price Laugh n Learn, Healthy Roots Dolls, Hot Wheels Ultimate Garage, Lovevery, Play-Doh Ice Cream Truck Playset, and WonderFold.

Miscellaneous Department:

All items can be purchased except for gift cards, limited-time designer partnerships, mobile contracts, prepaid cards, and Shipt Membership.

I cleaned it up a bit but some errors exist, but I tried.

I looked at several reputable sites online and concluded that the Debit and Reloable cards do not do a hard pull; SSN is required for a soft pull/identity verification.
