Looks like the Spigen is actually thinner in all 3 dimensions than the JETech (not sure which actually has better protection, just based on the size of the case).
Sorry I have not bought JETech before. I'm basing it off other brands. Every "slim" case I have bought I ended up returning.

What time did you order on 3/4? I got my order in at midnight pacific time between 3/3&3/4, still no tracking number in order status on the website.
The second pixel 7 order was 3/4 afternoon, I think around 1p eastern.

EDIT: I did end up cancelling the second order - hopefully it helps some of you guys still waiting to be pushed up.

Phone arrived today. I opened it up and started it and......colors are all washed out. So I googled it and evidently it's an issue. I contacted Google support and they want me to take it to a repair center. My moto g8 power looks way better. I wish I knew about this issue b4.

thanks, gonna gamble on that for the price. I shudder to think of dropping a $600 phone so no worries and PRIME delivers tomorrow

mint just arrived, Fedex tracking map and site was a bit lame.
what about dropping a $289 phone?

Personally, I'd try and return it to Mint (assuming you're still in the return window), maybe they offer replacing it with a new one. Or just hope this deal comes around again.

So are these repair centers just located everywhere willy-nilly? I've never HEARD of a Google repair facility before reading this post....

Just checked the order status page again and I now have a FedEx tracking number! Set to be here on Saturday! That tracking # was not there just 30 mins ago.

Ordered 3/3 at 10PM CT and got order confirmation email at 10:30PM CT.

I'm not a fan of the slim cases, they tend to provide very little protection. I bought this case and it appears to offer decent protection: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YMVMSYM But it's ~$17, so not the cheapest.
The SD promo shows a "Heavy Shockproof Case" as well. Read down further, third item. That's the one I bought.

They partner with repair places. So it's not a Google repair center...its Joe's Repair that is an authorized repair shop. My closest is 30mins away. I think I'll be returning instead.

My new Pixel 7 arrived this morning but I'm only getting around to opening it now. (Ordered it on 3/3 at approx 2pm EST).

On the back of the SIM card it says "Activate by Date: 09/01/2025". That 's over 2 years away!

Is this just misleading info on the card, since it is really supposed to be done within 45 days?

I don't really care about the plan other than to just hold a Boost phone number that will be expiring soon, so I'll be proceeding with activation. But was surprised to see that 2025 date on the card.
If this is similar to the recent Pixel 7 Pro deal, Mint Mobile will send you multiple email reminders about your 45 days when that date get closer.

Just checked the site again and just got the tracking (ordered midnight Friday night/Sat morning)! Thanks everyone for all the updates.

I'll have activated long before then anyway.

I see that they also included another SIM card in the box called the "Rescue A Friend" kit. Haven't opened that one up yet. I guess this would be usable as some kind of trial? Beats me...

All I care about is the phone, which is really quite nice. I think the P7 Pro would have been way too big for my liking.

I ordered the 4GB plan, but my order is on its way to me. Can I upgrade to the 10GB plan prior to porting in my number and activation?

Edit: Fixed typo
Once you activate the sim you can change the plan. You need the difference amount to pay.
So currently you paid $90 for 4 gb but it's officially $90+90 so $180 for 4gb for 12 months in the app.
If you want to change to a 10 gb plan it is $240 for 12 months so the difference you need to pay is $240-$180=$60

you can't do it prior to porting, because your sim kit was dedicated. check to mint rep if they can do. but it's not possible.

The SIM itself expires in 2 years if not activated. Plan expires in 45 days if not activated.
