Probably bc it's the natural one. Didn't look too hard but looks like it uses stevia instead of sucralose
The one common ingredient in practically every pre-workout is caffeine. If you want the cheapest solution without buying a pre-workout, drink coffee or take caffeine pills.

This is exactly what i do; citrulline, beta alanine and caffeine pills…mix that up in your juice of choice and you're good.

I agree, at least for endurance workouts less than an hour don't require electrolytes, only water. Of course extreme heat may be an exception.
