Thanks for the warning. I almost ordered it.

This one is 25 servings = 212.5g / 7.5oz

Comparing to the Blue Raspberry, which is 30 servings = 270g / 9.5oz with around $1.86 difference

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0734F7W6Q

Blue Raspberry is cheaper.

At this price it's hard to pass up despite the quantities being inferior to Legion

Probably bc it's the natural one. Didn't look too hard but looks like it uses stevia instead of sucralose

I'm not sure why my previous comment regarding products containing Stevia and increased risk of stroke and heart attack has been removed. Many of these products have been recently put on sale at a steep discount.

So what is the purpose of this stuff. To me it looks like it's electrolytes for your workout. Being an endurance athlete who dose 1-3 hour workouts on a regular basis I often use electrolyte powders. My go to is Key Nutrients Electrolytes Powder, it seems to be the most complete and effective to help me avoid dehydration headaches when paired with 500mg salt tablets/hr and water. Around $35 for 90 servings. Kind of expensive but haven't found a substitute that works as well.

The one common ingredient in practically every pre-workout is caffeine. If you want the cheapest solution without buying a pre-workout, drink coffee or take caffeine pills.

These pre-workout drinks are a waste of money. They are basically just caffeine, creatine, beta-alanine and electrolytes. You can mix up your own for a much lower cost.

And if your weight-lifting lasts less than 60 minutes than you dont even need the beta-alanine at all.

Isn't it Erythritol, not Stevia, that has shown increased risk of stroke? Got any data on the Stevia claim?

This is exactly what i do; citrulline, beta alanine and caffeine pills…mix that up in your juice of choice and you're good.

3gm of BA
6gm of Cit
200-300gm caffeine pills (100 each)

If you have it, I'd be interested in a link on how to mix my own electrolytes. Hate the fact that they all have sweetener, coloring and cost so much.

I agree, at least for endurance workouts less than an hour don't require electrolytes, only water. Of course extreme heat may be an exception.

I think you got erythritol and stevia mixed up.
