That's not always true. My favorite pizza place 1/2 mile from my house charges the same price for a large pizza on Grubhub as they do buying direct from them. So I use these coupons and go pick it up. What I don't like about Ubereats is they don't let you do pickup when they have coupons but Grubhub and Doordash do allow it.

Bizarre, annoyingly weasely behavior by GH: I placed my order, clearly saw the $7 applied at checkout, but my e-mail confirmation and online status shows a lower discount of four bucks or so. So, we can't trust GH to be honest? They just arbitrarily change our order totals after full checkout?

Did you use the one with $7, maybe its 30% up to $7

Thanks OP . Been looking for a reason to order Grubhub over Uber Eats because I always have UE coupon and wanted to use the KY credits =)

UE discount at 40% is still better up to $15, actually would have been $3 cheaper total considering menu price differences - but at least I got to use my Grubhub credits

Update: Grubhub just called me and canceled the order . They said restaurant is having technical difficulties accepting order . WTF , always problems

Does anyone get their account flagged & closed due to "violation of conducts"? I was told I requested too many refunds while I did not. Most of my orders I used gift cards so the total came out to be $0 but not a result of refunds. Super frustrated that I had my gift card balance with them which is inaccessible.

Yup. Still works. Placed a pick up order for lunch tomorrow. Kept it over $10 to trigger the Amex Gold $10 dining credit.

tip your drivers. prime and these programs dont pay them. if you dont want cold food bid for your buyer to pick it up with a good tip
