How long do you have to stay on the $60 plan? Can you do one month then switch to the $30 plan for the remaining 5 months?

It was possible probably 1.5-2 years ago but not anymore. Did you fully checkout and got confirmation? Precheckout page shows only 1 mos, but it takes 180+50 from your card. If you placed order and it didn't take for 3 mos, then you are clear to change next month.

Thanks for the reply.

So I was charged a total of $276.24.

$199.99 = iPhone 11
$60.00 = first month of service
The balance is taxes.

No other charges.
We got email confirmation and phone number assigned.

So it looks like your 3 mos is tucked into iphone price which they will credit for you for 3 mos. No way to change that.

Curious, how is that? (3 months service price as part of phone price?)
The deal shows the $199.99 for the phone and the checkout shows that same price.

Am I missing something? Was the phone cheaper using another method?

Disregard, thought you are porting. Looks like adding a new line? I upgraded and it was 199+25 upgrade fee

Yep. Added new line. Well hopefully no hassle when trying to change at end of this month.

I was also able to upgrade. Taxes add to it but I think my total was 244 or something

Same here. And it seems to be not allowing me to order another "upgrade" as it says "pending order no changes to account allowed"

Yeap, looks like if one wants to order 2 then need to do at once with initial order. Hope for shipping soon - never know this cricket, sometimes they deliver next day to me.

Same boat here, trying to order second but system won't let me. Cricket told me I can place that order once the 1st one is activated. I ordered Saturday, it has not shipped but about an hour ago I got a text that said $25 was added to my account, which would be the upgrade fee. Hopefully that means things are moving.
