SSD speed on the new models only matters if you're a YouTube tech reviewer running benchmarks. No difference real world.

Actually, I bought this exact model in "Acceptable" condition from the Amazon Warehouse a couple months ago. The only physical damage was a light scratch on the exterior. It had only been used for 8 battery cycles and still had 8 months left on the warranty. However, it only came with a 65W power adapter instead of the 140W on the product page. No retail box either, if that matters.
Thanks for the reply. Were you able to contact Amazon to offer a partial refund/discount due to the incorrect charger being sent? Repped.

I just bought from Amazon Warehouse a 14" M1 MacBook Pro 16GB of Ram, 512GB SSD in acceptable condition for $1274. Fingers crossed!

unless doing a lot of 4k video or need to cut development down a lot, buying a quality windows laptop at $700 is a better use of money. So tired of Apple's any upgrade practices.

Do you have any recommendations? I need a laptop for schoolwork, studying, streaming, and just overall general usage.

Was considering a MacBook. Would prefer to purchase off Amazon as I have a few gift cards.

The cheaper charger didn't bother me at all, so I never reached out to Amazon about it.

I received the 14" MacBook Pro that I ordered from Amazon Warehouse in "Acceptable " condition. I couldn't be more happy with it! It came in the original packaging with the correct charger and MagSafe cable still in its original holder. The laptop had no scratches or blemishes. It looked brand new inside and out. The screen had 2 small smudges from finger prints that cleaned out nicely with a microfiber towel. There were 2 battery cycles and exactly 9 months of warranty left.

I am not sure what they look for when they assign the condition ratings at Amazon, but this one could have easily passed for "Like New" condition. I got lucky!
