Just Google the active ingredient. I know cats can't use the usual ones for dogs because it's like poison or something.

We buy large collars for the large dogs and use the cut off pieces on our small dogs. or we buy one large for two small dogs.

My wife sews the left over pieces inside the collars of the small dogs. We even have a Yorkie using it.

I tried a couple years ago to find info on ingredients but had no luck
