I have a pretty tricked out full size MAME arcade cabinet and a Nintendo Switch and I barely use them since getting this.
I think having the dual analog sticks of the model I have is a pretty big plus. Robotron is amazing! The unit is small and using the controls is a bit uncomfortable at times but I have gotten used to it for the most part. I did get a Bluetooth controller and a hdmi cord to put on a TV but I haven't been able to get it to work right yet. Be aware, these devices can be tricky to dial in, I suppose both a pro and a con for a hobbyist. Reddit groups is your friend.
I am now looking for a system for my daughter. She was a kid in the 2010s and still loves the classic Pokémon games on Gameboy DS so I am looking for something that emulates that well now that she is in college.
If you are on the fence, and love the classics, don't hesitate!

Edit: besides this being a Chinese product sold by a 3rd party, another thing that gives me pause is that I've seen posts about the previous miyoo having build quality issues, breaking easily when dropped, etc... Just not sure if it makes sense to buy right away
