I hoped for a 4K release for the 10th Anniversary on Christmas 2022 but it may take a bit longer. Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Inglourious Basterds, and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood are the only 4K QT movies released so far iirc.

The back of my Blu-Ray case says 'Includes Digital Copy. Code may not be valid after 2021.' I was worried I missed out but redeemed it no problem in 2022. Hopefully folks in 2023 have no problem there.
