i think in this case, it's more "this better deal was so recent that this current one doesn't look that great. maybe something better will come around again soon", and not "i got something better for much cheaper two years ago because it fell off the back of a truck right in front of me"

Can make a similar priced system without the flashiness of the ram and a cheaper mobo.

I'm curious though is this supposed to be part of that AMD deal to save $125 on cpu mobo ram combos?

I agree. Just buy an Xbox/PS already.
An Xbox/ps can't do everything a PC can. They both play games and stream video wonderfully, but I use my PC for so much more than that. Also, don't both system cap out at 120 hz? In addition, playing with a keyboard/mouse is much more enjoyable than a controller on many games I've played.

Yeah there's really no "deal" to be found in this 7600X bundle, it's just a package of some mildly overprice components lumped together you could easily find equivalent alternatives to for about the same price. That $12 bought DOUBLE the RAM at faster speeds, a better X670 Mobo, a better CPU, and a $70 Game Code.
