I paid for the CD key but did not receive it, and I have contacted customer service for help. It has been several days, and I have not received a response. The customer service is terrible.

You should have gotten an email. You won't get the key till release day.

What you mean RE4 VR is shit? Sure the graphic could be better, but overall RE4 VR game play is very good for non-hardcore gamer like me. VR version is much easier to play. I played RE4 Wii version long ago, but never got passed chapter 1-1. So, I never really played much RE4 until I got Quest 2. Now I have finished easy/normal/pro mode multiple times on Quest 2 (mostly using infinite rocket launcher to revenge my so many deaths on first run laugh out loudlaugh out loudlaugh out loud) . I have motion sickness with VR games unless with tele-moving mode. But I can't use tele-moving in pro mode to even pass RE4 title screen (only come up after village church bell ring). Have to change to immersive mode to dodge attack and finally finish pro mode. After played VR version, I don't think I can ever go back to play that game on 2-D version. Of course, I hope this remake can make its way to Quest 2 with better graphic.

I know too. What I want to tell is that I once purchased a game in the past but didn't receive the CD key, so I contacted the customer service center, but they only sent me an email to wait and didn't take any action.

Oh, I usually get the keys right away or when it releases so I've never had to contact customer service. I don't even have an account, I just use paypal checkout. Been doing it for the longest.
