I couldn't post this on SD, but Hoto (Xiaomi) is having a sale on Amazon. I brought the 24 in 1 in turquoise when it was $5 lower and with the coupon my final price was about $17. So far I'm happy with it.
There is also a 24 pc set by Xiaomi for $25. Wiha bits.
Unless Harbor Freight has their 30% off coupon again (Last one ended on 3/5), this Amazon one is by far the slicker deal.

So the way it works is, as the spring-assisted hinge lifts the lid up, each row of bits rotates upward (as assisted by that black plastic ladder looking piece in the center of the case), this is kind of a cool effect and I think lets them make the case slimmer, but it breaks super easily. Mine broke in about a year. I'd be very surprised if most didn't break sooner than that. I remember opening that thing the first time and being like "this is sketch".
But in retrospect that's not a bad gamble... it's certainly an inexpensive set.

Because I've had that for at least 7 years. Bits fall out, hard to accurately tighten down, annoying to use. It does get the job done. If I had to use it more often, then I'd likely have upgraded it already.
I used my HF electricians tool for years on DIY projects - and was at my buddies using his tool and was shocked at how much better the Commercial Electric version would strip / cut wires. It almost hurt my hands that I thought that for $18 more a decade ago, I could have that much less frustration doing electrical over the years.
The question is how many precision screwdriver projects do I have in the next few years...
regardless though, these kits are a Must if you work on laptops, cameras or other stuff.
