Where does it say the free line has to be from a new account? I don't see it on TMO's website. I'm technically getting a new Max line and adding another paid line so I should qualify for the promotion online. This LOU is a separate promotion. I guess I won't know unless I ask. Do I just call customer service by pressing 611? I don't know what is T-Force.
Sure, go for it. 611 does call customer service. Think of T-Force as elevated customer service who know what their doing (but still can make mistakes). This is as opposed to the phone reps you get by calling 611 who may be local or may be offshore. You can reach T-Force by twitter messaging to T-Mobile Help or via message to the T-Mobile facebook group. There may be some way to call T-Force but I'm not aware of that. The other nice perk of interacting with T-Force over messaging is that you have a paper trail of what was said or promised.

Probably... I'm grandfathered on a legacy ( Simple Choice Unlimited) plan and pay a flat $10 ( for the entire account no matter how many lines ) for unlimited international calling ( mobile or landline ) and free unlimited txt.. One of the reasons I refuse to switch to the POS Magenta plans!
for myself and countless others international calling is no longer a major concern due to WhatsApp and many free alternatives. You should take a look at your many options when you factor in free lines, tax free, eligibility for best promotions including insider and many countless other benefits for me it completely outweighed and won in many categories for my family which is why instead of holding onto simple choice we switched. Maybe take sometime to reevaluate compare your usage based on the value and worth of your plan features so you can make a better sound decision

Anyone know about M Max 5gb international data? I'm planning to travel to a few countries in the summer. It's per country or per travel outside of the USA?

Pretty sure it's 5GB/mo of high speed data abroad per billing cycle, then unlimited at 256kbps.

Was just told by T-Force my account isn't eligible as I have free lines that aren't combinable. Disappointing but not too surprising.

I got denied on Twitter, iMessage and thru chat on the app. I decided to add the line anyway. Had to go to the store because on the app or website gave me an error. I paid the 35, but within 10 minutes showed the free line under my promos. I have a few free lines already.

I tried activating online with eSim option without charge. But couldn't because system gave me an error before completing the order. Tried to add the line thru Twitter support but same thing identify error. I just went to the store and added 5 minutes was out. Got home within 10 minutes and line was under the promo tab.

Can you tell me exactly what you did? So you added an extra Magenta Max line at the store plus pay the $35 fee and suddenly the line became free? Did the store rep do anything? Or you started the process online and the store rep finished it?

Added this online and the promo showed up almost immediately. Already had 7 free lines, now I have 8.

The pricing I saw was 85 for the first - 55 for the second - and 30 for each additional until the 9th when it becomes 40

So basically you get 30 off for a free line I think, no more bundle discount as you go up
Thank you for the response, but I'm still confused. I just went to the TMO website. It says $200/month with autopay or $50/line. If I upgrade to Magenta Max, add an extra Max line, and get a free line through the publicly available promo. Then add this free line on us, what will my monthly bill be like?

Thank you!
