Photos look nice but plastic sheds always look like ass after baking through a few summers.
I dont think there is a shed on earth that can keep a mouse out.
Nope, I bought one from HD like 10 years back, it still doing great in North Texas summer, winter, and crazy weather.

Always liked the look of these, but be mindful of having it up against your house like in the photos. It's slanted roof has all weather elements running back down towards your home. Also FWIW couple neighbors have had some rough experiences with their warranty and replacement parts coverage in the event something doesn't look right out of the box. Best to just return to the store, even if inside the packaging it instructs you to try their customer service first.

I'd spring for this if only installation was included. That's been the one factor preventing me from being able to procure a similar sized shed, which we really need.

Anyone know a good source for something similar with free delivery and on site installation included? Or am I being unreasonable. Not everyone is handy enough to build something like this.

Depending on where you're located you might be able to find a handyman on Craigslist or Offerup. If you're able us a power drill you should be able to put the shed together. I purchased a similar 7x10 Keter shed a couple months ago. I'm not a big DIY'er but gave it a shot.

I ordered this on the 9th(5 days ago with the weekend) with an expected ship of 3-5 weeks. It will be delivered Friday. Now, to clean out a spot in the garage and wait for the snow to melt.

Maybe really cheap ones, but I've had a Suncast for 3+ years now which looks just fine. The only things that did "age" are the small windows on the doors which clouded, but it's only noticeable if you know what they looked like when new.

The metal ones are the worst

Our polymer shed has lasted great in texas heat
Metal doesn't warp from sun and rain. So not sure how a metal one could be worse

This. Definitely don't store things mice want in here unless it's like chicken feed or bird seed and it's in it's own container.

Never had one but metal can at least be painted
Metal ones sweat in the heat and drips 💧 water all over your stuff.

Does the door form a semi-seal like regular doors or is there a pretty open seam? Couldn't tell by Costco's site.
It's pretty much impossible to seal a sliding barn door so I would say no.

Put an add on next-door app. You will get a response. And listen to all the crazy people that think they hear gun shots or issuing an alert because the ups driver walked to the door awkwardly
