I submitted rebate online on 4/10 but have not received the rebates yet. I forgot, What am I supposed to get? Costco gift cards from T-Mobile or T-Mobile sends visa card? Am I suppose to receive any Costco card from Costco?
Does this Apply to signing up or upgrading at the T-Mobile Kiosk Inside Costco?
The phone is purchased at the Costco/T-Mobile Kiosk and mailed to purchaser.
OR is this just if we Purchased the phone directly from the COSTCO.COM website?
We purchased both from the KIOSK to be mailed as they don't carry the phones in store obviously. I was recently told by 3 different T-Mobile Reps that we only have 14 days to exchange or return the phone we chose.
It begs the question "Then Why does Costco/T-Mobile make you wait the 90 days to get your Costco gift Card for upgrade and/or adding a line"?
It's been a total nightmare going this route. Im a 22+ yr Sprint Customer, and I recently upgraded and added a new phone, a new plan, and a line. They sent the wrong phone, and I was instructed to send it back. I did immediately, but then I was told in order to still get the deal (which I already agreed to, and signed off on) I would have to drive the nearly 1 hr Back to Costco to order the replacement phone (the CORRECT Phone that they got wrong in the first place). I could not drive due to eye issues, so when I was finally able to get down there; I was told that I am too late but they will "Make it work for me" BUT, I would have to add another line AND go to a higher rate plan now. So, now I'm having to pay for 3 lines because Costco/T-Mobile either ordered wrong or sent wrong phone? I was told after 1 month I can take 1 line off the account by calling T-Mobile. I went from MAGENTA Max 55+ to the newest Go5G PLUS 55, paid for an extra line for 1 month. Now, the AUTOPAY which helped me make my decision will now NOT be HONORED. No way should we have to give our Bank Account info, etc The Credit Card I used was what I agreed to.

It should appear as 2023 Costco Activate P2. At least this is what I have for adding a line at Costco, but there are no submissions for the 2 phones I bought.

For the port in rebate of $250 you need to submit for the rebate yourself using the promotion code 2023SWITCHP13.
