These are very tasty. Definitely worth it. The texture is way softer than the Costco bars, pretty comparable to Quest bars.

TBH as long as there isn't any HFCS in there I'll suck it up for the protein/sugar ratio. I don't mind bland if it's a healthy profile.

These are good, but they're higher in net carbs than Quest bars. Most Quest bars have 4-5 net carbs per bar, whereas these have around ~ 15-20 net carbs per bar depending on the flavor.

I'll probably give these a try but the net carbs are kind of misleading because it has Maltitol. While technically a sugar alcohol it's one of the worst ones and still has calories and one of the higher ones on the glycemic index.

Agreed, I tried these a while back and only had a couple and ended up tossing the rest. IMO pretty much any Quest bar flavor is far better than these.

i liked em,but i would try to not have the same flavor everyday. There are a ton of good protein bar options lately.
