The comments recommending the Pixel seem to be more of a paid Pixel Ad than actual reviews by owners of both phones. To me my wife's setup of her Moto (the o.p. phone) is so much like the Pixel that I threw out of my car window that it makes me feel dirty for thinking the Moto I replaced my Pixel with is an awesome phone. (This phone.) It feels like a Pixel if you use default settings, it still feels like one if you change them, but it's easier to pretend it's not. As a Paramount+ subscriber, I feel it needs to improve and is not a good enough app to assume hardware issues exist. The only complaint I have is probably user related, I can not get good moon shots.

Some prefer not to have eye strain or headaches from pwm OLED screens. Look into pwm sensitivity. Some prefer LCD.

Also, yeah, plenty of use for wired headphones that don't need to be charged.

Couldn't care less about the latest Android. This still has a little over 2 years of security updates. Good enough.

Camera? Sure the pixel wins there. Gcam works on these, though.

Besides, the radio in the latest pixels is garbage. Google has yet another flaw that allows the whole phone to be taken over. Fantastic. No thanks. I'd rather take my chances with this Moto any day over the latest pixels with all their problems.

The OLED display is beautiful I would say almost up to Samsung standard and better than the pixels. Battery life is okay about what you would expect from a flagship. No I bought it from Boost Mobile for $199 and unlocked it myself through an eBay seller for $3.
