You can not have more than 1 Sapphire card at the same time, and you can not get a new Sapphire signup bonus if you received one on any Sapphire card in the last 48 months.

You can- I've seen YMMV reports about how many days you need to wait between cancelling and new application though.

I went to the local Chase branch here in San Francisco today (May 31st). The 90,000 points offer was honored. Based on the fine print that I read, it appears the 90K offer is only good in-branch (as opposed to the 60K online). I did not see any deadline, so I assume the in-branch offer will continue to be honored for the foreseeable future.
