You can not have more than 1 Sapphire card at the same time, and you can not get a new Sapphire signup bonus if you received one on any Sapphire card in the last 48 months.
For anyone debating on whether to go for this, know that the all time high is 100k bonus points, making this a very lucrative opportunity.
You can- I've seen YMMV reports about how many days you need to wait between cancelling and new application though.
Also things to keep in mind:
Use any credits you might have on existing card you haven't used yet.
Insure you move your UR points to a different card before closing old one.

I applied online and got the 80k ..they charged the $95 fee quickly. Question—-do people just cancel it or downgrade it as I don't see much benefits to keep it after one year.

most people downgrade to chase freedom flex or freedom unlimited after 1 year, to keep the credit line and not effecting your credit score
I just made the appointment to see someone tomorrow. He confirmed that tomorrow (6/10) is the last day for the promotion. He also told me they were about to roll out a new credit card soon.
what if I already have all the freedom cards? Is there any other credit card to downgrade it to?
techically you can downgrade to any other card from Chase that is not in "Saphire family", one down side is you will not get welcome bonus if change product

How did you get 80k online? It says 60K on the link now.
Is there anywhere we can track the 90k? Under the ultimate rewards section, there is a tracker but that shows 80k only on the 4k spend. (I applied in the branch and spend 4k already).

You can have more than 1 freedom card.
And each one has its own $1500/quarter cap too, which is nice for quarters where it's pretty easy to max out more than 1 cap via prepay or gift cards.

You have to wait 48 months after the last time you received a sapphire bonus to be able to sign up for a new one.
