I use this specific brand. It's very good with a good amount of Spiceyness with flavor. Just don't use it inside or it will smell up the entire house.

I bought the 5lb from Walmart awhile ago and it will last forever.

Any concerns with ingredients - MODIFIED PALM OIL and MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE?
Is this better than Old Bay that has no MSG or Palm oil?

I speak for all of Louisiana when I say this is just not true. Two bags will help season for one boil... as long as you put enough cayenne, salt, hot sauce etc. etc. in it. You can get two sacks of crawfish done with it. It stretches a littler further with crabs, probably get 12 dozen with two bags. No way is it lasting more than one weekend!

I think many non-Louisiana'ans consider a use or a boil as 1 lb of shrimp, 2 lbs max. lol

MSG is great for the whole family, I buy it from Sam's/Costco. You'll have to make up your own mind about hand oil.
