You can get a 1/2 impact wrench, 4 ah battery, chrnger and this P344 wrench as a "free tool' for only $99. If you put the P265 impact wrench on craigslist for $50, it'll be sold in a day.
I've hated this type of charger though the type that is like a cartridge connection is way better imho.

Pros:
+ Good for repeated bolt extraction/installation tasks. Taking off an oil pan, trans pan, etc.
+ Pivot head makes battery less cumbersome
+ Breaks moderate bolts easy with a twist, then motor does the rest. (This ISN'T an impact)
Cons:
- Not extended reach
- Not as fast as I had hoped.
- Battery placement/position isn't great during use, but Ryobi battery posts limit what they can do with it I suppose.
Overall, I like it, but I think something with a longer neck and faster RPM would be better.
