LG grams are pretty horrible as they overheat and the CPU throttles down. If you need a word processor or web browsing like a chome book this is ok but anything else and it will overheat and slow down significantly. Paired with an uber-hot 11th-gen CPU thats like a nuclear meltdown waiting to happen.

There is no Chrome Book at this screen size with the weight... Most of this size are about double the weight. Besides, intensive and critical tasks should be left for real work stations with ECC memory.

Just received mine. Clearly a customer returned item. Covered in fingerprints but nothing an alcohol wipe can't solve. Laptop upper lid still had the plastic attached on the outside so that was good. Will run a battery report soon.
