    13.5"H is just too low to the ground. i bought the Auroral Queen Size Bed Frame 18 Inch High 3 Inches Wide Wood Slats 3500 Pounds Support for $135 instead, I will either build drawers, get some 3rd party, or just use tubs for storage.
