Like the other recent Schwinn post, reviews are not great overall with a lot of people struggling with assembly or bent parts, but worth a try for me. One image suggests suitable rider height of 5'7" - 5'10", but under the description it suggests suitable rider height between 64-74in.

Today it's exercise, tomorrow a commute, and this weekend it's a ride down your favorite bike path. Get a bike that can do it all with the Copeland hybrid bicycle by Schwinn. The Copeland features a durable Schwinn steel frame that can handle a variety of rides, from around the neighborhood to bike path excursions. 21-speeds with twist shifters and rear derailleur make it easy to adapt to your terrain with quick, precise gear changes. The front disc and rear V-brake deliver superior stopping power in all conditions, while alloy rims with dual sport tires give you the durability and grip you need. Find your go-to for a wide variety of rides in the Copeland. Enjoy the freedom of riding a Schwinn.

Wow, great price but on a crappy product. I recommend two so you have cheap spare parts. 😀

Definitely worth spare parts lol. But don't you think if we get one without any factory defects it should be pretty decent then? Most of the bad reviews seemed to be if a part was already bent in the box

Well, Pacific Cycle should take care of it when new, but may not be worth the hassle. Otherwise, a set of tires and tubes could cost you $69 down the road. Then there's derailleurs, chain, freewheel, brakes, wheels, etc. that all might need replacing sooner rather than later on a bike of this quality level. (assuming that it is ridden...)

I'm sure with Slickdeals and non branded parts I could find something that would patch it up for less. Obviously this isn't quality enough to be an investment for a bike enthusiast like you. It's a cheap bike for someone like me who hasn't ridden in ages and wants some occasional outdoor fun with it, not sure how often I'll realistically use it, so not looking to spend the hundreds I'm sure you'd be recommending to spend on a bike.

thank you for posting this! i was at a wal mart in the woodlands just browsing slickdeals trying to make my drive out here worth it. not only did i find two of the 45 qt ozark trail coolers, i found the last copeland they had in stock! i took the brakes off my fixie and lost the screw that connects it to the frame and now they're just hanging there. i figured i'll just sell the fixie and ride this fella. going from a fixed gear road bike with presta valve tires and cork handlebars to this is kinda funny. i think i've been biking wrong my entire life. i want to get a mountain bike. this thing is awesome. it came already assembled. do i need to do a tune up or anything?
