Now a wifi or bluetooth temp probes, yes!
I got a "Govee Bluetooth Meat Thermometer with 4 Probes" last december and have used it a bunch of times... including some 20hr cooks. Done well. Paid $16 from govee direct on a sale.
WiFi would be nice... but for $16 it works!
I have a Camp Chef Woodwind that's just over 5yrs old... NEVER a flameout, NEVER a fire. I do basic cleans occasionally.... been solid.
If you're considering a Pellet smoker, check out the FB group "Camp Chef Smoker Smokers" It's an excellent group, well admin monitored, and VERY helpful.
I joined weeks before buying... learned a lot, helped me make a decision.
My $.02!

100% agree that you don't need WiFi controller for a pellet smoker. Spend $20 on a nice Bluetooth thermometer w/ probes and save your hard earned money.
Smokers are not grills. You shouldn't need to constantly change temperatures on the smoker via your phone.
I received mine way sooner than Amazon had predicted. So far it's working out real well. Assembly was easy, but took me about 90 minutes. The smoker is great, and as others have pointed out - good for a small family, or you can order extra racks. The attachment (side kick) is also pretty brilliant, and with the 24000BTU burner, the grill box gets to over 700F very quickly.
