Even if I had a lot of dough and didn't think we're on the verge of financial collapse (it has been long overdue for years with reckless spending and multi trillions of digital money "printing"), most of these POPs aren't good looking. The only 3 that tempted me were the Pokemon, E.T., and Zurg. Some don't even look like what they're supposed to be. I've never liked the lack of a mouth either. I think it was the Rock Candy ones that had mouths and actually looked like something. Plastic dolls aren't going to feed you or be tradeable when the shelves are bare everywhere.
I think there's an expression about most people being rich, dumb and happy, so some will continue to buy Funkos. I think that money could be better applied to buying other stuff for a "rainy day". Once the real collapse happens, the decline in morals over the last few decades will become apparent. They say that people turn to animal instincts after 72 hours, and when a majority have no morals, it's not hard to figure what will happen since most people aren't preparing.
Once we're forced onto a digital currency and cash is outlawed and you can only buy what those in control approve, people may finally pull their heads out of the sand, wake up, and realize how they flushed their freedom, but it will be too late. The frog will already be boiled. There's a reason the Fed and the elite have been building a "digital cage", it's 4 letters long and it starts and ends with C.There's a saying about something having consequences which happens every 2 years, but eventually you reach a point where there are no more offramps.

I remember reading a news article about Funko needing to dispose of entire literal warehouses of these expensive childrens toys because no one is buying them, partly due to an impending recession. People must be thinking, "I can't afford a $12 plastik doll when eggs are $6 a dozen, and I can lose my job + healthcare tomorrow!"
Never understood the fascination with these big head-no mouth toys. Spend all that plastic for a detailed head yet they constantly forget to put on a mouth.
