Will the coating come off the silver part? Our current tenderizer had the coating start to come off after one go in the dish washer.

I have this thing. Hate it. This is a rare OXO miss along with their over-engineered ice trays.
Aluminum is dumb for a tenderizer/schnitzeler. Get steel.
