Yeah, this listing is screwed up. I'm willing to bet it's a description error because the photos and specs match the 34" ultrawide. Plus, if you search the UPC it corresponds to Monoprice model 143021 which is the 34" ultrawide: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=43021
I meant, are it's specs good enough to use in that type of setup? Seems like a good price for that type of use case monitor...
The main issue that comes to mind is it being a VA panel. Viewing angles are typically worse on that panel type than an IPS, and since the flat panel has you looking at the sides with more of an angle, I wouldn't be surprised if there is color shifting and extra eye strain. You would also need a vesa mount as the stand it comes with isn't built for vertical.
