These cup noodles don't have the packet, the seasoning is already mixed.
What I do is fill the hot water all the way so it soaks all the powder, then pour all the soup out before eating. That way the flavoring is not as strong, and some of the sodium went down the drain too.

I wish I could eat Ramen everyday but the dreaded sodium content. I guess not using the flavor, seasoning packet may help and make it more " healthy" by adding a bunch of veggies and protein

They are also loaded with saturated fat. There are healthy alternatives, but they aren't X/$1 and usually don't have any seasoning included. Just know what your eating and do what you're comfortable with.

thanks to covid i get headaches if anything has too much salt. for ramen, i split the seasoning packet in half and follow directions or for cup noodles, pour water until 1/4 full, dump out, then fill and continue with directions

You are Not required to use the packet, just add your own seasonings, if you want to load yourself up with salt and other crap, by all means use the seasoning packet
