Breaking News: Cheap Ramen noodles are bad for you. And the ingredients they use are cheap.
Gotcha. Thanks for letting everyone know bc we had no idea. Bro, this is what we can "struggle meals." And if you're not struggling and you're still eating these, then it's bc you were struggling at one time and ate your weight in these, so you've grown a fondness over time through necessity.

This guy knows the struggle
1- This cup based ramen noodles in the styrofoam cup here is Rich Man's Ramen to me compared to the cheaper squares that you get more of for less price and are the only ones that I was able to afford.
2. I used to break the block in two at the seam of where the ramen is folded in the square packages into two equal halves. The seam is at the left side of the package when you open it up looking at the package front. Leaving the square block in the package, you take your two thumbs and pry apart at that seam and the block will split into two equal halves perfectly and then you just grab one of the halves and leave the other one in the package for the second meal you are going to use it for.
That's right, I couldn't even afford to eat the whole package at one time and develop this technique to split it exactly equally into two halves while keeping the integrity of the length of the noodles intact because if you split it any other way without using that seam you'll get much smaller noodles in length.

It's funny you mention the struggle. I used to always have a case of this from Costco in the trunk of my car. ....Ironically the company I work for has breakrooms with a bunch of revolving vending machines. They sell these cup noodles for $3.50 each. They are always sold out!...LOL
Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt. Lol

Mane, we all ate those little squares. These are a step up, but still a struggle meal. Try eating those little squares without cooking them and the flavor packet sprinkled over like you're eating chips bc you ain't got any pots, pans, stove, or microwave to heat them junts up in.
Lol, I just bought a case last week. It's been a while, but they're still good af. Now in a little paper cup, which was new, but appreciated due to the environmentally friendly angle.
