We submitted the receipt today after it took a bit to find it at Petco.
Waiting to see if the reimbursement shows in PP.nod

I am unable to get them to give me my rebate! Submitted the receipt and they accepted it and even though I stipulated PayPal, they wanted me to collect the rebate through their link for VENMO. Mad
I texted back and forth with them on both my phones telling them I do not have venmo, have PP and want to use it. They texted once and said ok set your email address to your PP acct.

WTH, of course, it already IS! Texted back and told them that and they never sent the funds nor bothered to reply despite me texting them numerous times!

The company is "aisle" my advice would be to stay away from ANY of their future offers!

Btw, when I texted them and opened an issue on my ph not my sp ph

who we submitted the receipt and NEVER RECEIVED THE REBATE on, they replied immediately with a canned auto system saying one of the teammates would be soon. That never happened!! My advice stay away from offers by them unless you want to use only

their obvious WANT...kickbackS? of VENMO!

Soooo, be wary, as there's something very fishy, that stinks about this company! Wave I'm guessing others already know that or else they would have jumped on this deal. nod

I will be returning the product since I definitely wouldn't have tried it had the offer by "aisle", here not offered a rebate. NOW that they didn't HONOR their part of the deal to pay through my choice which was PP, back it goes.Mad

I've participated in many Aisle promos and only once had an issue their CS text reps resolved within a few hours. Sorry to the poster who had a bad experience but seems like an exception not the rule…

I participated in this after I saw a promo on Facebook. It took us a while to locate the item, but I got the big bag since they said there was no cap. Submitted my PayPal and receipt, for the funds back in a few hours, no issues. I did have to pay tax tho. But my little guy is enjoying the mix in Smilie
