Buy an Echo speed-feed 400 universal head with this and throw away the stock head. You'll save yourself hours of frustration. The stock head would constantly get jammed with straight .080 line.

None at that price (for the bundle) in the D/FW area. But, at the $199 point this still isn't a horrible price considering a single 40V 4Ah battery is going to cost you almost $200 anyway. I have one of the older generation of this trimmer and it has been running strong for the past 7 or 8 years (even left out in the rain once or twice.) I use it with the hedge trimmer and edging attachments and my only complaint has been the weight of the unit with the battery. This brushless version looks like it weighs a couple of pounds less which makes a huge difference over the non-brushless.

Bought one, online said sold out but brickseek had true inventory. The store had a yellow clearance label for it which made it easier to identify the right model.

Definitely keep an eye out for it. They might discount it cause they are making room for their other trimmers. There were about 7 trimmers still left in Socal area.

Just grabbed one for $100 from HD in Roswell, GA ( 1580 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell, GA 30076). There were 3 left. They were in the front of the store on the other side of the returns.
