I'm just trying to help, and I don't know your exact situation, but here is some info that might be helpful:

Its possible to use international eSIM services like Airalo, which I've found to be inexpensive and reliable for international travel.

Depending on your needs, you can use Airalo in the 2nd eSIM slot of your iPhone. Then If you set your iPhone to only use data from that 2nd eSIM, you can get incoming calls on your primary US number, using the data stream from the 2nd eSIM for the call.

This setup will actually be WiFi calling, not airtime calling. On some US phone plans, this won't trigger international call charges.

Again, I don't know your exact situation, but there could be some possibilities for you with this route. Anyhow, I hope this helps someone out there who only has a dual eSIM phone…

Again, just trying to help…

EDIT:
If you want to know exactly how to do this, let me know and I'll post it a bit later once I'm at my computer where I have that exact "how to" info saved…

1 - Turn ON wifi calling on SIM1
2 - Turn OFF data roaming on SIM1
3 - Set SIM1 as your primary voice
4 - Set SIM2 as your primary data source
5 - Disable the cellular switching

Whenever not on wifi, this setup will piggy back off SIM2 cellular connection as WiFi calling. This also works on iPhone 13 Pro Max using physical / eSIMs

Apple Support mentions DUAL SIM usage here:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209044

Scroll down to "Learn about Dual SIM status icons"

I hope this help!

Mint 100% supports eSIM. I've been using a 14 on Mint since release.

2 years ($199 value). Would be interesting to see if anyone got a refund on that partial or otherwise.
Apple will give you back $149. That said, it is probably better to keep the AppleCare if you don't like putting on a case. While most third party warranty providers do not cover back glass as screen, AppleCare only charges $29 for replacement. And at the end of your two years, you can renew at 9.99 a month.

Can anyone confirm if this can be used with Verizon? I know it's unlocked but wanted to double check. Thanks.

unless you are only stuck in the US or some european countries, the sim less 14 pro is useless for many travelers and many millions who travel to many other countries including many countries in Asia. Therefore the iphone 14 pro is only worth $300 for me.

There's a few eSIM only providers that sell data all over the world like airalo and dent

Which countries that has no issues? Probably only singapore, thailand, and malaysia. Try indonesia, myanmar, burma, vietnam or china, no e sim supported.
