750 pro is an amazing machine, analog equivalent of top of the line a3500.

Analog all the way. The less chips from China that need to sync with some app, the better. Less to go wrong. I've got the heritage version of this and love it.

It can make nut butter consistently.

Note: The tech they use also matters. Despite all this functionality, it doesn't have a super sharp blade.
Instead it uses its speed to generate a shockwave from blunt blades to break down food
