Magnesium Glycinate generally doesn't have a laxative effect like some other forms of magnesium at higher doses, so given that you can get 500mg x 240 for $18 (made in USA), this deal for 100mg x 120 doesn't seem that great at $11.89. Unless you've tried magnesium glycinate before and prefer a lower dose for some reason.

RDV is 300/400mg for women/men, so if you aren't eating your leafy greens, best to take the higher dose pills anyway. Recent studies may indicate better mental fitness and reduced chance of dementia with higher circulating Mg.

The 30% off coupon seems to be there for the 240 count as well, so that seems like the better deal at $15 for 240 instead of $11 for 120
