This offer has been available a while on other sites but major retailers haven't had them in stock and this is the first time I've seen it on Amazon. Comes with the plunge saw and 2pk 5ah batteries. You'll need to buy tracks and a battery charger if you don't have one.

    Yep, this is an alright deal if you've already got Makita 18V stuff, considering these don't go on sale super often. I scored a pretty good deal on mine - $470 shipped for saw + charger + 4 batteries + 55+39" rail... but that was back in 2019 as you noted. Lately the deals have been much less hot on these saws.
