Thanks, when I googled if they were legit all I saw were poor reviews. I'm in for 1!
Hopefully its better than the other cheap android tablets I've used

I called and they said they couldnt verify my number with my carrier. I'm assuming because I'm under a family plan they couldn't match my name.
They wouldn't verify via call/text, so they just cancelled my order. Its kinda dumb but as long as I get my refund with a few days its not worth fighting.

I scored the tablet for 44 bucks by signing up for their credit card at the last minute!
I think my total with tax and a three year accident protection plan was right around 65 total shipped.
Thank you so much for posting this, I was thinking I would have to wait for July prime day to get a good price, but ended up doing way better than amazon would have even offered. Girl friends phone picked the perfect time to stop supporting a game she plays all the time yesterday morning. I figured I'd check Slick and was kindly rewarded once again. Love this place.
Worth noting, I had to work with customer service to get the full 40 dollar off sign up offer for the credit card. As I was checking out at the last minute they triggered a popup ad saying they would give me 40 dollars off a single item if I applied for their card and was accepted. But after I applied they only sent me a code for 10 dollars off? I texted back and forth with them, and they tried to say 10 dollars was the current listed offer. They offered me an additional ten dollars off 'for the confusion', but I stuck to my guns and said the popup ad they lured me in with clearly said 40. After a little wait they agreed to 40. Kinda bait and switchy feeling they would suck you in with that popup then change the offer... makes me concerned for the elderly folks who mostly patronize their tv services?... But they did honor it eventually with a little extra pressure. Hopefully the fixed that 'inaccurate' 40 dollar off pop up, but I have a strange feeling it's there on purpose.
Thanks again so much poster, this really was perfect timing for me.
any way to crack these things and install android? or are you stuck with the hamazon bloat
Check out youtube, I found various tutorials showing you how to disable all the amazon bloatware and get it working like a regular tablet. Seems pretty easy to do.

You are probably watching old or not correct info.
About 2 years ago Amazon patched their firmware so you can no longer disable Amazon stuff. But you can still install the play store and get access to all of Amazon Apps.
Only thing to note is that this tablet is running Android 9 64bit.
It use to be... you can download XDA Amazon Tool Box to disable all bloat and it turned your tablet into stock Android but you can no longer do this.

ok.... if ttoolbox is working fully then GREAT. But here are the issues...
please note that some functions of the Toolbox may not work due to new restrictions in the new firmware. The following tools either do not work or have limited functionality:
• OTA Updates - OTAs can no longer be disabled.
• Manage Amazon Apps - Some system apps can no longer be disabled.
So you can not disable everything Amazon and Amazon will find a fix and will revert your tablet back to fireos after a update. BUT I am sure the xda tool box is the way go. OR.... just install the play store.
