The target customer for Garmin watches doesn't want to, or can't, charge a watch every 18-24 hours. They don't care what Apple does.

I agree, we can get $100-200 watches off Ali express with sapphire crystal that are well made. Plus it seems like a no brainier on something supposed to be as durable as possible.

I have the epix 2

I find it very accurate and good battery

It's a pain at times pairing headphones. Definitely not as quick as it should be and needs more than 1 attempt frequently

I'm not a huge fan of the garmin software to adjust settings. Some things can only be done by watch or your app and not always clear ahead of time.

I have the black Sapphire version. it is a great upgrade to my forunner 235. Love the screen and 16 days of battery life(always on off). It will generate colorful morning report about your sleep, HRV, exercise readiness, etc. The best sport watch period.

From what I've read, unless you want the sapphire glass you are better getting the forerunner 965 that just came out.

I have a Enduro 2 and while I wish it had the EPIX screen I'm honestly not a fan of the 47mm size, lack of sapphire glass and I can't live without the flashlight, I use it daily.
