I have these, got them during a product test in late 2021 back when the price was $200 I believe. I loved them when they arrived. I also had an LG phone, and they synced the first time I opened it. It was great! Not long after the product test ended, I started having issues. Occasionally they would take a while to pair with the phone, a couple of times they wouldn't at all and the process to get them paired took a good half an hour. I have a different phone now, and have different issues. They started pairing while in the case, the right one fell apart in my ear at the gym while taking it out(still works, I glued it back together), and I have to use a hair tie to keep the case closed to keep them from pairing. The battery life has plummeted too, almost always flashes red even if I've used them just a couple of times for about 10 or so minutes each. Might be worth it at $50, but it's only been a year and a half, so kind of leaning to them still not being worth it. Sound has always been great to me, noise cancellation has been better than anything I've had previously(nothing over $30), but the various issues leave much to be desired to me at least.

Regarging the problem of not pairing at all:
Keep in mind that if there is another Bluetooth device in the vicinity with its Bluetooth on, (for example a family member's phone in the next room) the buds may refuse to pair with your phone.
My LG TV has Bluetooth that enables me to listen to the TV audio with earbuds. The TV refuses to pair with my earbuds if my phone's Bluetooth also happens to have been left on, in active mode but not paired to anything. Drove me crazy until I figured that out.
i was hoping its the good OG LG tone behind neck thing instead of all these bluetooth earbud
Yeah unfortunately they have basically stopped making neck bands. I think technically they had a new LG branded neck band come out in the last year or two but it was just a generic OEM with LG branding. It didn't have the dedicated assistant button or any of the other things that made the LG neck bands interesting.
The only relatively new neck band that I know of with Bluetooth 5.2 or newer is the beyer dynamic blu byrd.
Ausounds has a product from 2019 or 2020 called ANC flex which has active noise cancellation and LDAC and planar drivers. And you can find it for like 30 bucks sometimes.
But it is not new obviously so I don't know how long the battery will keep. But if you're interested in neck bands, there's only so many options these days at least in North America.
I think there might be a bigger market in India for neck bands so maybe if you're willing to import you could find some more modern stuff.

I had the same issue. However their customer service was excellent. One of the buds would not change. Guessing they sat for too long.
