I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from boost. I wanted to try a ATT mnvo and decided to try boost. Got 50% off the first month. Received SIM card, tried to activate and they have no record of my account and their systems are "down". Their systems have been down for weeks. When setting up my account, I used autopay with PayPal. They charged my PayPal account today even though they cannot find my account. Canceled the autopay through the PayPal app and requested a refund through PayPal. Boost has terrible customer service, I would stay away unless you want constant headaches. Trying red pocket, hopefully they are okay.

Can you explain how you go this to work? When I add the plan, I have just the $15 in my cart. I open a new tab and click on the iphone 12, when I get to the pick a plan page, I return to the other tab and refresh, but that just takes me to $40/$60 plans.

Question: Is it normal for the factory seal to be broken and re-sealed on boost NEW phones?
Why asking is just ordered a moto phone from a deal last week and received yesterday to see that moto seal was cut and had another clear tape on top of that. Wasn't sure if it was new or renewed. Contacted boost and waiting for response. Any insight would be appreciated

Why would you even want those aftermarket chargers and cables from them? They deteriorates the battery life of the phone

I have to say this, it's a company with bad business ethics. Tried to transfer my phone to another carrier, almost two weeks passed and never released my phone number. Called everyday and allegedly they had an issue with their system, even said cyberattack. As result lost my phone number. I'd rather loose my number than stay hostage to this company. Stay away!

you can give H20 wireless a try if looking for ATT MVNO....RP has problems of its own..H20 has better CS ( when compared to RP)..just my $0.02
