I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

I bought a SIM unlock card before (white nano SIM one, not the chip to use together with your SIM) and it can unlock all carriers in a few minutes. Google: White Unlimited Unlock Chip for iPhones. It supports up to iOS 15 unlocking only (this Boost iPhone is on 14, so it's perfect!) and you can update the iOS after unlocking via OTA, don't install manually or reset the device if it's past iOS 15.
