I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

In for 2. Our XR phones are finally showing their age.

Camera upgrade, wireless charging, speed upgrade, 5g, OLED display, better battery? Easy decision for $200. I can deal with Boost mobile for a year.

Multiple people in the thread claiming they were able to get the $15/mo. service to work with the purchase of the phone, but not one of them explains how beyond the first comment or provides proof. What's the point?

Same. When I follow these exact instructions and click that link, it still only shows the $40/$60 plans. If I go back to BYOP and select $15, it deletes the phone from my cart.

Are these locked for certain? Because the XRs posted a few weeks back were unlocked (but it's more likely that was since they were refurbs and reached the unlock window given their age and the fact that they were previously used on Boost long enough)
