I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

You have to be active, which I believe means have service for all 12 months, not like mint mobile.

The Boost Mobile Moto G Stylus I got only works with Boost Mobile and Dish Wireless/Project Genesis and probably Boost Infinite sims... It does NOT work with att or tmo post paid sims.

What I think I'll do is just take the loss on the $15 plan I ordered with the phone (not activate it) and create a separate order with a different email address for the $100 plan and port my kid's number on that. Hoping I can wait for the phone to arrive and see if I can do an esim on a $100 plan.
