It's not like Boost already took your money from your bank account.
It was only a credit charged on credit card, and you are protected by the credit card company if Boost doesn't ship out or provide tracking info.
If you filed a charge back, and if they shipped out, then you will have to ship it back. You won't get the phone and it will be a hassle to return it. So just take it easy, maybe give them 2 weeks or so.

and no email yet either, not even an order confirmation though I have a pending charge on my Credit card.
