I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

I did get 2 XR deals in February.

How is your order doing?
Interesting, I actually got them delivered a few days ago but it was with the original plan though

When did you place your order? And did you use temporary CC to pay?

And did you have past orders with them?
Monday night. Got a shipment notification yesterday in the afternoon.

Requested by sender at 3:05 pm today CST according to Ups tracking.

I didn't use a temporary card. I used PayPal for both.

I had an iPhone XR order with them.

Had your $15 plans already been activated (i.e. did you receive the 'Ready to get started with Boost?' email) before the return to sender?

Got my phone today. I messed up but it worked out in my favor.

When I checked out, I had managed to do the $15 plan but my browser auto filled a my phone number instead of the family members phone number I planned to port.

When the phone arrived, I attempted activation and got an error for a the number not being recognized. Had a lightbulb moment and knew that I had screwed up the order. No worries I thought, I'll just call to change it.

Got through to CS pretty quickly (4.30 pm ET). They explained that I'd need to cancel this "account" and go buy a new sim. I was a bit miffed, but I knew it was my mistake. They generously refunded me the $15 (plus tax) of service credits back to my CC and I headed out to buy a sim at Walmart.

At Walmart there was a 3mo $15/mo sim activation pack for $14.88. Score!! iPhone 12 for $200 plus tax, and 3 months of service for $15. Pretty solid deal.

Phone is now activated and working as expected. Port from Cricket FWIW.

The result is that you get the phone without plan. The best deal!

But it will be locked without 12 months of Boost, right?

Adding the $15 plan with the phone still seems to work. Just ordered and got email confirmation right away. Just in time as my Mint Mobile $15/4GB plan expires this month. Hope it ships.

What's that have to do with Boost's 12 month service requirement to unlock the phone?

So they are able to issue refunds if they really want and here I am waiting for a refund since February 20 and every time I call them they say their system is down and can't issue refunds. Damn these scammers!

I was replying to your comment where you said that because he ported in from Cricket it's not going to unlock in 12 months. It will because the cricket number is now under Boost

When I ordered, I picked a new number accidentally. Has anyone ported in existing number after receiving the phone?

Are these unlockable with the "white" sims available for less than 20 bucks?
