And did you have past orders with them?
Requested by sender at 3:05 pm today CST according to Ups tracking.
I didn't use a temporary card. I used PayPal for both.

When I checked out, I had managed to do the $15 plan but my browser auto filled a my phone number instead of the family members phone number I planned to port.
When the phone arrived, I attempted activation and got an error for a the number not being recognized. Had a lightbulb moment and knew that I had screwed up the order. No worries I thought, I'll just call to change it.
Got through to CS pretty quickly (4.30 pm ET). They explained that I'd need to cancel this "account" and go buy a new sim. I was a bit miffed, but I knew it was my mistake. They generously refunded me the $15 (plus tax) of service credits back to my CC and I headed out to buy a sim at Walmart.
At Walmart there was a 3mo $15/mo sim activation pack for $14.88. Score!! iPhone 12 for $200 plus tax, and 3 months of service for $15. Pretty solid deal.
Phone is now activated and working as expected. Port from Cricket FWIW.
