I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

Anyone received the phone? I ordered on April 1st and right away status said error.
I been called boost and all the reps are telling wait for the tracking number which I never got it still.
Boost reps said they cannot cancel it once the order is created. Any solution for this?

check your credit card history, the charge might have already dropped,status should or most of the times changes to InProgress if the order is placed successfully.
idk if their system is messed up but you should receive a refund without any emails from them if stayed error for a while.

My error order automatically got a refund about a week later.

It's a good idea to pay with PayPal right now with Boost having shipping issues. PayPal refunds very quickly when an item is not received. I placed three orders between 3/30 and 4/2 to different addresses. One of them is supposed to arrive today but UPS hasn't had a scan event for 3 days on one of them and the estimated delivery date has past. Opened a PayPal case and refund was processed within 10 minutes. Second order has had a scan activity one day ago but there's no ETA and I'm anticipating having to open a case for that one as well.

I think Paypal is flexible but I provided a screenshot of Boost CS giving me the tracking number and UPS CS chat saying that the package is considered lost after 3 days of no scan activities and that I should open a claim.

iPhone 11 is also using intels radio I believe which I read that had a hard time pulling signal compared to qualcomm but not sure how relevant this is anymore considering cell phone service is just better in general these days
