I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

Ordered on 9th and received the phone today. Automatically activated after inserting the sim. I see the plan shows as $15/month for next renewal, planning to use the phone anyway for next 1yr, overall not a bad deal for this price

Just gave a data point, I got my boost iPhone "unlocked" from a ebay seller.
Since I haven't open the phone yet, I can't 100% confirm it actually got unlocked.
But based on sickw.com, it's unlocked now.
