I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

I also read this. You can request an unlock after 12 months, but since Boost expects the line to be active when you make the request, you actually have to pay for the extra month.

But I also read that people found their iPhones unlocked sooner without a request, so who knows what will happen.

once you hit $2, you can apply that to your account.
I paid for my 2nd month, I had $18.xx and the bill was only $16.09 with tax.

I'm already at $8.xx and the 2nd billing cycle hasn't ended yet.

my biggest spin was 500 coins, $5
that was only once. The rest around 5 or 10 cents

I actually got up to $18 and applied the credit to my account. I'm not sure if I will miss out on those extra $2 or if it will be credited towards the next month. Balance is at $0, would have been nice to see -$2
The extra credit will be applied to the following month's bill.

I'd love to order this, if there's a clear way to unlock the device. I searched a lot … looks like none. At least, I couldn't find any. The Moto G Stylus 5G was a clear winner.

The R-SIM hack may not be very reliable, and we'll need to keep up with the iOS updates, if I'm correct. It is almost like throwing a dart in the dark!
Also, waiting for a year to unlock is a deal breaker for me.

I'll keep watching this thread…

If I use the phone outside US, is it still locked to Boost for 12 months or is it unlocked for international use/use outside US immediately upon purchase? I heard that they are locked domestically but unlocked for international use.

You don't have to actually watch it. Just click "watch another video" and then press an X when it finishes.

Usually between 7-10 days including shipping time. Your service has already started after your order is processed, so you don't really have one full month that you paid for.
